Devilbear
|
|
Synopsis:
Devilbear follows the adventures of Bearalzebub who rules teddy bear hell: where all bad teddy bears go when they die. It is a place of plush horrors where seams are ripped, stitches are undone, and stuffing is burned for all eternity.
You might even be surprised at some of the bears that end up there and the humorous ways that they can die.
Readers can look forward to lots of jokes, puns, and occasional innuendos.

This comic is bad-ass!
The bad side of children\'s characters, gorgeous artwork, and dark humor make for a very entertaining read. I even bought the print version and the plushie!
The power of Bearalzebub compels you! |

This is a fun comic with awesome art. I love the three-dimensional characters and the lore for the Daivas. I love comics, but I have to admit, I only wanted to see sexy devil girls the first time i visited, and was pleasantly surprised by how clever the whole story is.
Also, the update reliability is top notch! |

I find the art and the dialogue to be jarring. I\'ve picked it up several times to read, hoping to get entranced by it, but it\'s seemingly impossible for me to get what it is that is being demonstrated. The cute teddy bear & Amazon babe joke is well done once or twice, but after a few pages, for me at least, it started to just be naff, then rub me raw. I dislike this comic. I am in the minority because it\'s a popular site, but I don\'t understand why, and I probably never will.
------------------------- --------------
Artwork - quite reasonable. fair
Colouring - quite reasonable. Fair
Plot - don\'t understand, poor.
Character work - The scripting of characters are based on poor puns and innuendo - I find it tiresome.
Worldwork - I don\'t understand nor do I want to understand. Ghastly.
Rating - Poor |
