A very nice webcomic, I greatly enjoyed it. So on to reviewing it: The art is very good, and quite pleasing to the eyes, definitely some of the better I\'ve seen. The plot/story is interesting, basically being a collection of short stories, with different characters for each (though some come back for another of the short stories) all connected by an overarching plot, and the this one family, as every arc has had a character from that family. Each mini story is riveting and page turning. Setting is awesome the author has very good world building, using an awesome combination of history and fantasy, being in an alternate 1830s England in which there was magic. It has a very unique take on magic that I\'ve never seen before, very different than \'magic\' in most fantasy in the way it works and is used; it\'s one of my favorite things about it. The characters are very likeable, and all have very unique personalities, both the villains and protagonists. Humor is silly sometimes, cynical and snarky others times, providing a very good mix. I definitley enjoyed reading it (and then promptly rereading it), and I definitely recommend it! The only bad thing so far is that the author started only updating 2 times a week starting the week I read it. ;c Still very good, though, and has my highest praise! |
