Synopsis:
Dr Devious - a man who (many years ago) tried to melt the polar ice caps to take over the world. However he was caught and then sentenced to jail. Afterwards he was released on bail and had to do one thing after jail - become a school teacher. Now he is working with some of his top henchmen and the man who captured Dr Devious in the first place to make every student pass their class.
