Synopsis:
In the world of Midgard, only man exists. It is said that there are actually nine worlds, all connected by the World Tree, Yggdrasil, but this is a belief that has greatly faded over the years. It is said in these other worlds, gods and other deities exist... But who could believe such a thing?
Nineteen year old Saistyria has been terminally ill virtually all of his life with an unknown disease. If he leaves his home, it will only result in him dying earlier. He was predicted to die when he is about twenty, but he is reluctant to accept his fate.
Using a spell he didn't truly believe would work, he now hosts the powers of the gods upon his request to use them, through a skill called "marionetting." With his new found companion Loki, the self proclaimed "God of Mischief," he sets off on a journey to save his own life from deteriorating.
