Synopsis:
In the future, an unexplained event has caused the polar ice caps to melt, and the entire human population to awake as heads with powerful psychic abilities.

Enter Ed "the Head," a computer geek whose hair can break the bounds of reality. With his house and town flooded, he and his new friends head for one of the remaining dry land cities, and tries his best to adjust to this strange new life.
