Synopsis:
Is your daily word count from SMSing, IMing, or FBing greater than that from your mouth? Do you Tweet that you have just woken up or put on your left shoe? Friends, here on TXTD is where things from life in the “let’s play with our mobile gadgets at the party” generation come to surface. And how about those New Wave bands in the early 80s that were much too clever for their own good? You can expect some of that here. Oh, and the English language occasionally gets put through the grinder. They won’t understand you anyway, Shakespeare. Wouldn’t it be good to write like Romeo in text-speak in those late-night liquid-propelled text messages? If it ain’t working, that’s the way you do it.
