Out At Five

Synopsis:
From the creator of Cortland is a comic about the workplace and its boundaries. It’s about that awkward time in life when you’re finally out of college and ready to take on the world, but then you discover that the forty-hour work week isn’t the big adventure you thought it would be.
The title itself comes from a “business model” conceived by Scott Adams, the author of Dilbert. His vision was to create a workplace where employees simply get work done with the goal of leaving the office at five so they can go home and resume doing the things they actually enjoy. The phrase embodies a philosophy I like to keep in mind: jobs may come and go, but it’s the friends you make and the family you keep that matters most in life.
