Synopsis:
Port Typhon is a city divided – half flooded disaster zone in Undertown, half recovering metropolis in Uptown. In Undertown, anarchy reigns. In its dank streets thrive rival drug gangs, terrorists, rogue federal agents and horrors unspeakable. There is no law in Undertown, but its remaining denizens are defended by a few of their own: Great White. Street Saint. Flaxen Fury. Headliner and Newsboy. Guttersnipe. The Blind Eye. Men and women who hide their faces in masks or the city’s own shadows to protect their home and neighbors. But all is not well with The Blind Eye, the first and most fervent of Port Typhon’s masked protectors. He lost his partner, the love of his life and his very power to fight when his eyes were snatched from their sockets by a still unknown attacker. For months, he seethed in futile darkness, in helplessness, at his sorry fate. But something happened. He can see again. Without eyes, he can see again, and there is Hell to pay. For those who took his eyes. For those who still rape his city. For those who abandoned him in blindness.
