Red Plains

Synopsis:
In brief, the theme of Red Plains is that violence as a way of life is not sustainable. It portrays murder, lust, and corruption in a small town in the early 1880s. The series largely follows three sets of families of varying influence (or lack thereof), law enforcement and criminals, and everyday people trying to make a life in one of the harshest, most culture-defining periods in American history.
Despite being a long form story, Red Plains is divided into many different storylines that can be read and enjoyed on their own with no prior knowledge of the series. Each arc—each issue, in fact—is designed with the new reader in mind so that it\'s always accessible and easy to jump on board.
