This Is Not The Webcomic You're Looking For. You're looking for a good comic, complete with a good story and an author who A: can draw well, or B: has a helper who can. On the other hand, if you're looking for a comic about a bunch of people who go through life trying desperately to cope with each other, then I suppose the title may be a misnomer. Be warned, though: the humor is often akin to a struck funny bone; painful at first, but hidden in the sensation is a faint tingle that just might make you smile. Updates on Saturdays.
