Synopsis:
ATOMIC HAIKU: The Web Comic started out as a story on NPR. The report claimed historians went back in time day by day to discover the most recent day that nothing significant happened. Nobody famous was born or died, no governments were overthown or sports records shattered. This comic answers the question: Why does time want to forget April 11th 1954.
ATOMIC HAIKU reveals the true story of what happened on this quiet day time has been trying so hard to forget. Will the events in a sleepy mountain town usher in the end of the world, the next stage in human evolution or the birth of coffee and video game culture?
Tanks, sidecars, evolved apes, super science and teen angst battle the red-scare, future animals and boredom weekly in this Science Fiction, twisted Norman Rockwell romp.
