Synopsis:
“Pops” is a tongue and cheek look at the aging Baby Boomer generation, and specifically late life fathers. It’s hero, “Pops” Popalopagus lives in a world dominated by the women in his family and a dog that merely tolerates his presence. He’s a twelve-year-old boy trapped in a sixty-year-old’s body, which if you think about it, is far better than the reverse. He’s the last of his kind… but everyone’s alright with that. It’s suburban Amercan family life as seen through the failing, bifocal-ed eyes of its main character.
