Synopsis:
A paparazzo crashes into the lives of an anorexic supermodel-turned-porn star; a young pop star; and a decrepit former Hollywood starlet who is willing to kill to have a pretty face.
Set in the dystopian near-future, Pretty Face offers a critical look at the culture of celebrity in a world where Intellectual Property is America\'s only economy, and wars are fought on behalf of the entertainment industry. A combat photojournalist, forced to work as a paparazzo, searches for a missing supermodel. The pursuit crashes him into the dark underground of the celeb-culture of a Hollywood where a sci-fi cult pulls the strings, and into the lives of the anorexic supermodel-turned-porn star, a young pop star who is the newest cult poster-girl, and a decrepit former Hollywood starlet who is willing to kill to have a pretty face.
It’s What Ever Happened To Baby Jane? meets V for Vendetta.
