Synopsis:
The year is 1938 and Italy is preparing itself for war against the Allies. But not all agree with this mobilization. In the small town of Neive, up in the rolling hills of Northern Italy, a grandfather of four decides to take up arms to free his country from the grips of war. But things get complicated when his youngest grandson falls for a rugged freedom fighter that joins their cause. Trying to keep his town safe from German influence, his grandson from the devil\'s temptations, and his granddaughter from falling in love with the enemy, his power may prove no match for the chaos to ensue.
