Synopsis:
Long gone from human memory are the days when the ancient sorceress Morna found her last disciples. Three things she asked as a price for their apprenticeship: a heart, a soul and a life. The tale tells that they agreed to pay that price…
Much grief they caused, much grief they suffered.
Their trace is lost, yet the forlorn legacy still lurks somewhere… Well, that is what people say during long winter evenings, sitting around a warm bonfire.
And in the days not so far-off Ladiwlen dreams of strange places and long-forgotten stories. Finding no rest and no peace for his mind, he leaves his home one winter night.
His wife, Marosa, begins her own journey in an attempt to find him, only to discover that the outside world is much more complicated than she ever thought. Instead of bringing an end to her troubles, she steps further and further on the path of old tales.
