Synopsis:
Hana Comics is about two different worlds: the world of the author and her friends in the present day, and the fantasy world of their D&D characters. Though the Author & Co. comics don't have much of a plot, and are used only for jokes, the D&D comics are very in-depth and go on for a long time, following the adventures of the characters all over a place called Tenwalls and their travels to different worlds, such as Faerie, the Elemental Planes, etcetera. There IS shounen-ai, explicit hints at hetero sex, explicit hints at yaoi (not shown), explicit hints at human-animal relationships or animal-animal relationships of different kinds of animals, and violence (including blood, death, and disease, though none of it is graphic).
