Synopsis:
Otakoo Saloon Cartoon is a comic strip series based on Vienna's favourite comedy and film club, Peter Waldeck's "Otakoo Saloon".
Just like the club the comic has a whole bunch of regularly recurring characters. They form the crowd that populate these adventurous Cartoons:
* The New York Potato Department, an entire police department generally more interested in getting zoinked out and into trouble, than in solving crimes. Did I mention that they are all potatoes?
* Fantastical Fly, a mutant man or a mutant fly (depends how you look at it), secret agent and champion with the ladies who is not exactly reliable, and
* Jimi Magic Salsa, a stage magician, whose mystery is surpassed only by his malice.
