Synopsis:
This is the story of the underground cartoonist Sammy T. It is hard to see where his cartoons end and his reality begins. You see, ever since he obtained his magic pencil, he has the unique ability to draw the world in which he lives. His environment is filled with decadent urban night clubs and shadowy bohemian hangouts. He is the dark hero of his own abstract universe. Armed with his sharp pencil he creates an atmosphere filled with everything from bizarre drag queens to hard-core skate punks. His friends are the off-beat misfits of this realm. This is truly one strangely devolving story.
